Suisepay policies
Refund Policy
Updated 22 October 2026
1. What this policy covers
Suisepay, a service by Suise Technology Ltd., converts supported stablecoin deposits into naira payouts. A blockchain transfer is generally irreversible after it is confirmed on the network. A refund is a separate return transfer and may require manual review; requesting one does not guarantee that funds can be recovered.
2. When to contact support
Contact us if the app shows a failed or review-required deposit, a deposit was sent after an order window expired, the amount or network does not match the instructions, or your payout has not completed as expected. Email [email protected] with your order reference and transaction hash. Do not send passwords, PINs, or recovery phrases.
3. Review and possible return of funds
We will review the order, deposit, network, and applicable compliance requirements. If a return is available and approved, we will confirm the eligible amount, destination address, network, any applicable network or service charges, and the expected processing steps with you before initiating it.
We may be unable to return a transfer if the funds were sent on an unsupported network, to an address not controlled by Suisepay, or cannot be identified or recovered. These cases are assessed individually. We will not promise a recovery or completion time before the review.
4. Completed payouts and cancellations
Before accepting a quote, you can review its rate, fees, payout amount, and expiry in the app. Once a stablecoin transfer is broadcast, it generally cannot be cancelled on-chain. A completed bank payout cannot be reversed through the blockchain; contact support promptly if you believe a payout is incorrect.
5. Applicable rights
This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be restricted under applicable law. Where a law requires a refund or another remedy, that requirement applies.
